There are three external pockets (two hand warmer pockets on the side and one on the chest), and there is an internal pocket that can be used for your valuables. 

The jacket has a fully adjustable hood and a fully adjustable hem that can both be tailored to your own individual comfort and the outer material itself has a slight stretch to it so that the jacket moves when you do, whatever you do.
